My wife and I live in Chicago and travel quite a bit to Austin Texas, Memphis and Nashville and recently traveled through Mitchell on our way to Montana. I ordered the pork shoulder and thought it was great until I tried the brisket. YOU HAVE THE BEST BRISKET IVE EVER TASTED!
